To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review the following appointment policies carefully before booking. By scheduling a service, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

Booking Requests

Please note that submitting an appointment through our online scheduler is considered an alterations request, not a confirmed booking. Once your desired date/time are submitted, you will receive a confirmation email requesting additional details - including photos and a description of the service needed. After your request is reviewed and accepted, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Payment must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Unpaid appointments may be released to other clients.

Payment Policy

Payment for your alterations is due in full after your first fitting appointment and must be submitted before work begins. Due to my current order volume, I do not start alterations until payment is received. This ensures I can prioritize confirmed projects and maintain my turnaround commitments to all clients. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Turnaround Times

  • Standard Garments (No Rush): Up to 2.5–3 weeks
  • Custom Alterations and Thrift Flips: Up to 4–6 weeks
  • Bridal Alterations: Begin 8–10 weeks before the wedding date

Rush Fees:

If your event is coming up soon, please be aware of the following rush fees:

  • Less than 2 weeks from fitting to event date: $30 rush fee
  • Less than 1 week from fitting to event date: $40–$50 rush fee (depending on the complexity of the work)

These fees help me prioritize your project and ensure it's completed on time.


No Guest Policy

Due to limited studio space, please note that no additional guests are allowed during fittings. This ensures a comfortable, focused environment for your appointment.


Content Filming

I occasionally record small clips of the pinning or fitting process for educational or promotional content on social media. If you prefer not to be filmed, simply reply to your confirmation email or let me know at your appointment — your privacy is always respected.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit any deposit paid. This policy helps keep scheduling fair and allows other clients the opportunity to book. If you are running late, please let us know- there is a 10-minute grace period before the appointment is cancelled. 


What to Bring

For the most accurate fitting, please bring:

  • All items you’d like altered
  • Any specific shoes or undergarments you plan to wear with the garments

This ensures your alterations are tailored perfectly to your desired fit and final look.

Your satisfaction is important to me! If you are unhappy with your services, I am more than happy to work with each client to make it right. For alteration adjustments due to an error on my part, you have 1 week from the date of pick-up to bring the item back for a correction at no additional charge.
