Shipping policy

After your order is constructed and processed, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order via USPS. 

Curbside pick-up is also available for customers living in the Chicagoland area. If you would like to utilize this feature, select the pick-up option during checkout and follow your order by emailing us at contact@riahstones for more information. ALL orders, including pick-ups, will follow the regular processing time of “up to one week” to complete your full order. (you will then be notified when your order is ready for pick-up)

Please make sure you read each item description. If your order is labeled "pre-order" in it's description box, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing and 2-3 business days for delivery. 

All orders may be tracked using the correct USPS tracking number given to you at checkout and/or in your email. Once your order is in the possession of USPS, it is no longer our responsibility from there. Please stay updated using your tracking number or contact your local post office for any concerns.

ALL CUSTOM GOWNS made to order will require a signature once delivered.
