Refund policy

 

This custom-made boutique does not offer any returns. We offer items that are made-to-order or custom fitted to each client's measurement. 

Items labeled: Made-to-order, custom pieces, “all sales final” are non-returnable.

Exceptions:

Your item may be exchanged or credit given IF you received a damaged or broken item. We do carefully inspect each item before it is packaged and shipped to you. In the event that this occurs, we require proof sent in pictures to our email at contact@riahstones.com.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product once accepted for an exchange, you will receive the return shipping address.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
