How It Works:
1. Submit Your Request
Fill out our alterations request form and upload clear photos of your denim items. This helps us provide you with an accurate quote for the work needed.
2. Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we'll send you an invoice for $10 that covers your prepaid shipping label and packaging instructions. You'll also receive a helpful how-to video showing you exactly where to mark and measure your items with pins so we can make the perfect adjustments.
3. Ship Your Denim to Us
Pack up your items following our instructions, attach the prepaid label, and drop them off at your nearest shipping location.
4. We Work Our Magic
Our skilled tailors will carefully alter your denim to your exact specifications, preserving the quality and character of each piece.
5. Receive Your Perfectly Fitted Denim
We'll ship your altered items back to you, ready to wear and love again.
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround is 2–2.5 weeks from the day we receive your items. Need it faster? Rush options are available—just ask!
